Utility Analytics (UA)

Karl Atkinson founded My-Reserve-Plan in 2007 and has over three decades evaluating buildings for Federal and State Agencies, local housing authorities, healthcare and educational institutions as well as the U.S. military. Trained in Building Surveying and International Architecture at RICS-accredited institutions in England, Karl has personally inspected over 15,000 dwelling units across 35 states — and built the proprietary software and patented hardware that the industry now relies on.
